We are seeking an engineer passionate about driving Model-Based Design for embedded software development to join our Consulting Services team. In this role, you will lead our customers using MATLAB and associated tools to establish effective development workflows.
The location for this position is MathWorks’ office in Tokyo.
Responsabilidades
Take on leadership roles in technically challenging project as an expert for our customers
Consulting lead development - Gather customer technical and business requirements and estimate project costs to create consulting service proposals.
Consulting project management and execution -
Apply MathWorks software tools to assist clients projects.
Interface MathWorks tools with third-party tools and software
Plan and manage resources to execute projects efficiently.
Travel as required.
Consulting sales - Interact with MathWorks sales staff and customers to identify, develop and close high-impact consulting opportunities.
Consulting strategy - Working closely with world wide consulting organization, setting and evolving service support strategy in one or more industry/application areas.
Product development support - Work with product development staff to resolve product issues.
Cualificaciones mínimas
A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
Cualificaciones adicionales
Solid engineering skills in software development
Solid working knowledge in Model-Based Design.
Solid programming skill for C and MATLAB
Experience using Simulink or Stateflow
Effective communication skills in Japanese and English
Flexibility to work on multiple projects with ability to multi-tasks
Nice to have
Experience with a broad set of MathWorks products
Experience with functional safety standards
Experience with Automotive SPICE
Experience with AUTOSAR
Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering
