Fast convolution using Simulink

Hi,
I tried to build the matlab code of this FFT-based convolution using simulink:
http://www.mathworks.it/it/help/images/fourier-transform.html#f21-16370
for template matching (Fast convolution example).
It finds the same correlation maximum value but marker position indices fail the template matching.
Rot180 is two flip blocks cascade
