How to create a particular signal in matalb

Hello,
Can some one explain of how to create the signal as shown in the below image.

The answer posted in the above link can be used to create sawtooth with different types of noise and also for different kind of other noisy signals but not the one as shown above and the user posted these answers also says the same and suggests to post new one so that others may help to create the signal needed. .
can anyone explain of how to create(generate) the signal simialr to one in the above image.

I used a labview programme that reads the image (containing the required signal) and gives the signal as the result and whose values can be saved into file.The below shows the signal plotted from those saved signal values(which is the needed)

As I am facing similar problem of extracting waveform from waveform in given image, Did you find solution in MATLAB? How you used LAbview programme as I am not aware of Labview. Please suggest how to use it.
