Memory size of groups (from Excel)

Hello all!

I have an Excel with many sheets with lots of variables that have all sorts of details. Two sheets form a group. At some point I need to create a directory which includes several files, including memory.txt. In this file I need to save the memory capacity of the group that i was talking about earlier.

Any idea how to begin?

Do you mean the size of the .xsl file? Or of the .xslx file?
