Download the compressed EEGLAB distribution below into an eeglab directory

I am a brand new Matlab user and am trying to download a tutorial that contains a toolbox for a certain kind of data processing. The .zip is downloaded, on my desktop yet I can't successfully import the decompressed zip file into a Matlab file path. Has anyone tried to do this before? (I'm supposed to set the path in Matlab, but when I try to locate the zip file I downloaded it is no where to be found.

Download eeglab zipped file..Unzip it in matalb\toolbox Then open MATLAB.type eeglab in command window.If its not working.Then in MATLAB window..go to set path then click add subfolders and search for unzipped folder and save.Then type eeglab in commandwindow
