How to implement a mamdani fuzzy classifier for image classification based on features?

We are trying to implement a mamdani (trimf)fuzzy classifier based on a research paper to classify the images

The below are the features which we have used and calculated for images.

The below paragraph signifies the implementation of the classifier. We have Th1, Th2 and Trc values with us.

We have even created a fuzzy classifier in matlab. But we are confused on how to form rules and what are the parameters to be given.
