Simscape Tank G-TL Momentum Balance

Hello,

Could someone explain why the dynamic pressure is set to 0 if there is flow into the tank from the inlet? Doesn't this set the inlet velocity to zero? Because of this it looks like only out flow out of the tank is allowed but I know from the documentation & from using these blocks this is not the case.

I'm hoping someone can explain a bit of this theory to me so I understand how the block functions.
