MATLAB unable to connect to spectrum analyzer after upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Nothing else has changed or been modified. Specific error message is:

IP address has been verified and other system that has Windows 7 is able to connect. The script is located on a share drive, so it is not specific to one system, ruling out differences within MATLAB between the Win 7 and Win 10 systems.

Thought the issue might be related to MATLAB 2014A not being Win 10 compatible, so installed MATLAB 2018B and receive the same error message.
