Transfer fonction for diesel engine (HEV)

Hi, I am a student at the university, I work in this model (Hybrid Electrical Vehicle Model Balance Fidelity and Speed). I need the transfer function for engine in this model, can there anybody give me the transfer function?, I will be very grateful.
