ZXing library for QR Code detection

I have downloaded the matlab file as qr_code.zip from this site, and in its m-file it shows error which says to import import com.google.zxing.qrcode.QRCodeWriter; and import com.google.zxing.BarcodeFormat; how can I find the files and also how can I import them into matlab in order to run the qrcode detector file???

I have Two questions related to QR Code 1. what the maximum size of data that can be embedded inside a QR Code 2. whether 7% of error is acceptable to decode 100 data
