combine 30 (1*30) matrix to one matrix (30*30)

I've 30 (1*30) matrix and would to combine them in one matrix (30*30)

Is there a command or should I use for loop?

Ah yes, I did somehow misread the original matrix as if it was 30x1. Andrei's version is correct.
