How to explain wavelet coherence and cross wavelet

I have a timeseries, do wavelet with sunspot, which is known as a periodicity of about 11 years.

This is wavelet power spectrum of my timeseries, red lines for significance level of 0.95, 0.9, 0.8.

This is wavelet coherence between my series and sunspot series

This is cross wavelet between my series and sunspot series

How the infomation these figures reflect? What's the difference between wavelet coherence and cross wavelet? The cross wavelet show significance at about 11 years, the wavelet coherence does not show, What is means? What is the relationship between my series with sunspot series?
