Data interpolation. Observation and experimental data are reported on different timescales and need to be aligned.

I have got experimental data on a timescale that doesn't match the timescale of the model output. Hence, I need to interpolate the model output data to match the experimental data timescale.

I have an excel sheet that shows what needs to get done which would probably be the best way of visualizing what needs to get done.

Depending on the data, try interp1 or interp2, etc.
