How can we use fde12 in matlab to solve fractional differential equations

Dear Sir / Madam,

 we would like to solve fractional differential equations using fde12 in matlab. But we could not run the program. We got the error comment as 'fde12 not found'. Please guide me to run fde12 in Matlab.
