Why do I receive a communicating with MATLAB error when trying to connect to the MathWorks Cloud account from my MATLAB Mobile application?

This issue can occur when a particular session in MATLAB Online is too large, thereby causing MATLAB Mobile to time out. In order to resolve this issue, you can log in to MATLAB Online using your credentials, and reset the session.
