How to draw an arc over an binary image with given radius and diameter and then store the arc's pixel values?

I have a binary image specially a hand gesture. Now i have draw an arc of different radius over the image object and stores the arc's pixel values to an array and plot them using bar graph.

I have already followed this link but not able to store pixel values of the arc that is going through the image object. I am attaching my image here. In this image based on the centroid I have to draw an arc with a diameter like I have shown in the picture then have to store its pixel values to an array and have plot them using a bar graph.

because I can't figure out what rules you used to draw the cross and the arc.

The cross is nothing but the centroid that I have marked only. In case of drawing an arc we can apply any rules but have to scan the arc and store it's pixel values
