Angular limit of the spherical joint

Hello, spherical joint it can move in three axes by 360 degrees. I would like to simulate his actual movement. In the vertical axis, it should move by 360 degrees, and in horizontal axes by 20 degrees. I tried to use "Joint Limits and Friction Methods in a Hinge" but I do not know how to implement it. Is there any solution to this problem? Please help.
