Importing Only relevant Data

Hi Friendly Matlab Users

I'm trying to load a .txt file containing pedometer data mapping participant steps. Each day's data contains a row labeled steps, aerobic steps, aerobic walking time, and a few others. Is there a way to only import the rows labeled "steps?"
