How can I do Load Optimization in PV Connected Home with Battery Storage with the help of MATLAB code? I need an Algorithm or with or without matlab code.

Considering Demand Side Load Management in a PV connected home optimize loads in light of time of use tariffs i.e. what loads should run on what time of day to avoid peak hours (6-9pm). Idea is to convert normal profile to possibly flat profile. Write cost minimization function equations, write Matlab (2016a) based code to create economic electricity consumption profiles.
