How to extract all blocks from a video in sequential order

Im trying to extract all the blocks from a video (eg: ftyp,free,mdat,.....and so on until the video ends).

I want the blocks from the video to be extracted in sequence and displayed in sequence too.

Suppose a video has the following order of blocks: ftyp,free,mdat,moov,mvhd,trak,tkhd,edts,elst,mdia,mdhd,hdlr,minf,dinf,dref,stbl,stsd,avc1,avcC,

stts,stss,ctts,stsc,stsz,stco......

So im trying to extract such sequences from any video and then display them in their order of occurence (sequentially).

How to do that?
