what solutions does matlab provide for exchanging Ethernet data by using UDP blocks for the concerto f28m36x board?

I'm trying to use this example https://www.mathworks.com/help/supportpkg/freescalefrdmk64fboard/ug/exchange-ethernet-data-using-udp-blocks.html for the concerto f28m36x device but it doesn't work. do I need to change or to add anything to the programs provided by the example? is there any similar example for the f28m36x device?
