Matlab installer - error 400

While trying to install a compiled code, I see the following error happening randomly but almost once every two run, or more:
Server returned HTTP response code: 400 for URL: http://ssd.mathworks.com/supportfiles/downloads /R2017b/deployment_files/R2017b/components/dws.zip
It hasn't been fixed in weeks now. help
