I cannot tell which country you are in, but the Middle East seems the most likely. Automatic trials are not available for countries in which Mathworks works through a distributor.

I do find some hints that you are more likely to be in Saudi Arabia than some of the other countries. Saudi Arabia is supported by the official Mathworks office in Ireland. You might need to contact that office.

Sorry, the volunteers who answer questions here do not have access to the license database. You will need to contact Mathworks Support for free installation assistance.

... When I look, I see that Slovakia is handled by a distributor, not by Mathworks. I do not know for sure about Student licenses, but I think you might need to contact the company in Hungary listed at https://www.mathworks.com/company/aboutus/contact_us.html#SI for your Trial license. (Distributors are responsible for taking care of this kind of problem; they get a portion of the profit in return for taking on a portion of the technical support.)

Call your local sales office on Monday. That means calling and actually talking to a real live person on the telephone -- don't rely on email. That is your fastest route to solving this, AND it's free regardless of whatever license you might want to eventually get (yes, free even for students).

Is the implication that you asked for Trials on two different days close together? If so then you might have been considered to be asking again too soon.
