How to create a dataset of images for Ultrasound Breast Cancer detection and segmentation

I have a collection of 70 Ultrasound Breast Cancer images in .jpg format as i want to segment / classify Breast Cancer. How to create a dataset from these input images in matlab. Please share Matlab Code and relevant Video for demosration.
