Reading an excel file and taking certain parts of the data

Hello. I am trying to take certain parts of this excel file using the xlsread function but it is giving me problems. What should I do? I have posted a screenshot of the instructions and a screenshot of my code here and in the comments since not all of them were able to be posted in the body of this question. Thanks.

I'd suggest you try to use readtable instead of xlsread.
