i am working in sisotool and how do i get my step response to have a certain initial value for step change

i have a tf for which i am running the sisotool but for the step response in sisottol i need my initial value of the step input to be 10V and final value to be 14V. in the design requirement part i could select a final value but initial value box is already filled with 0 and cant be changed.pls help.
