Combining two tables from different years. Find the duplicates through key column.

I have datasets of two years in different tables. They differ a little bit and some of the dates are only in one of the two tables. They can be combined through one key column.
How can i find out wich dates are in both tables and wich one not?

Sounds like you could use the ismember command.
