How can I keep the opacity of the panel?

Hi everyone. My gui has a background of a photo using "axes". My gui also contains panels. Whenever I execute the program, my panel becomes transparent and all is left to that panel are the buttons,static text and edit. So I wanted to keep the color background of my panel but I do not know how to resolve this. Need Help. Thank you.

About the only way I can think of that happening is if the color of the uipanel got set to 'none'.

If you use the debugger, then what command triggers the transparency ?
