That'll be defined in the documentation for robot6DOF wherever that came from. Doesn't appear to be MATLAB base function so not a MATLAB question...

Apparently you are using this third-party toolbox:
As far as I understand its documentation, it supports "slow", M-file-based RNE calculation, or "fast" mex-file based RNE calculation. Apparently it will try to complile the "fast" mex-file code, and the table that you show in your screenshot is simply informing the user which version is being used (if the mex-file compiled correctly then I guess it should state "fastRNE"). But if you want the definitive answer, ask the author of that third-party code (you can contact them via github).
RNE stands for "Recursive Newton-Euler", a method commonly used in robotics to model dynamic robot movement. Use your favorite internet search engine to find the hundreds of thousands of articles and websites on that topic.
