How can I compute Hilbert spectrum and get 3D plot (frequency vs amplitude vs time)?

Can any one guide me how can i compute the Hilbert spectrum and get 3D plot (frequency vs amplitude vs time plot ) after computing all the IMFs of the input signal and also the instantaneous frequency?
