the thign I want to achieve is to use monocular visual odometry algorithm or even stereovision in order to estimate position in real world of the camera. Anyway, my teacher first ask me to get results throught simulations, so, is it posible to get data from camera in a 3d World over MATLAB, and apply any algorithm to stimate position of a given trayectory to the camera? And then, having position, appy control to follow a path and dinamicaly interact with the world and the camera position?
