Hi everyone,
I am working with a CAN card (CAN-AC-PC104 by Softing) plugged to an Advantech PC104, more precisely the PCM-3343F-256A1E. I want to use the XPC environment(standalone Mode), but when trying to download the Simulink model to the PC104 I get the following error:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------- downloading CAN-AC2-104 firmware on board 1, -->Error in CANPC_reset_board_mb1:Error code=-1; Error Text: can’t open IniFile --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Could someone help with this issue?
More info:
PC104 => Model: Advantech PCM-4153FZ-L0A2E CAN Card => Model: Softing CAN-AC2-PC104 Matlab => R2009b Compiler => Visual Studio 6.0
Thanks in advance!

Hello y,
currently i facing the same Problem as you mentioned above. I try to run a simulink-real-time model (R2016b) on a old fashion target Hardware.
Could you find a solution to the Problem?
Best Regards

This issue could occur if the "Memory base address" or the "I/O base address" in the "Setup" block being inaccessible by the target BIOS. Please ensure that the BIOS settings are as mentioned in the attached screenshots.
If the BIOS settings are not the issue, then take out the I/O card and then re-plug it back in. This should resolve the issue.
