I want to ask that how we can change number of ports in simulonk of matlab version 2007

Probably don't have that capability. The current Scope block is originated in R2015b.
What you can do is to use a Mux block to combine the signals and then feed it to the Scope block.
In R2011b, change "number of axes" will add ports to the block.
