How do I plot a model of two systems of ODE?

I'm new to MATLAB and I'm finding it difficult to find a source which can help me here.

I have two systems of ordinary differential equations with 7 equations (and as many variables) which form a mathematical model. The systems are depedant on each other and I'm trying to simulate and plot a graph. I have no idea where and how to start, other than writing the equations in a 'function.m' file. Can someone help me out, or maybe provide a link to some source which can?
