See this post for an answer.
Currently Deep Learning HDL toolbox only supports the following boards:
  • Xilinx Zynq® UltraScale+™ MPSoC ZCU102 FPGA development board.
  • Xilinx Zynq-7000 ZC706 board.
  • Intel Arria™ 10 SoC development kit
