How to create "Trained cascade classification model" like Frontal Face (CART), Upper Body

I am very interested in vision.CascadeObjectDetector System object. The document says that I can have a customized classification model. I want to build my own model to detect an object. I would really appreciate if anybody can give me a tutorial or document on how to build my own model.
