how to convert double .mat file to a column of numbers on excel

Hi everyone, I have the following .mat file made up of data that I want to report in an excel column? how can i save this data in the form of numbers and not text in an excel file? is it possible to save both on a new excel file and on an existing excel file? Would anyone know how to help me?

so this is a very basic code to load the data and store it as one column in an excel file.
I am not sure to understand what you mean by : how can i save this data in the form of numbers and not text in an excel file?
data = load('output_destazionalizzato.mat');
vector = (data.output_destazionalizzato)'; % transpose to make it column wise
xlswrite('file.xlsx',vector); % write in excel file
