Find I and Q from I^2+Q^2

I calculate matrix of IQ.

IQ = 139×1 double

IQ = I^2+Q^2

How can I find I and Q values?

You cannot separate out the parts except sometimes in cases where there are constraints such as integer values. But even then there are cases that are not unique
