I am trying to protect a subsystem block from third party but they should be able to run the simulation without identifying the model. I tried this by referencing the model and then coding but again it is giving error.
Is there anyone can help me with step by step procedure to protect the model?

Hello Ashwini,
please use this page as a reference. If part of it doesn't work, please share the specific error message to get better help.

Thanks Joel!
I tried with the code and protected model has created in current folder but it cannot be opened.
Another question I want to ask you that how can I attach this protected model into original one, or we can use protected model to run simulation?
here is the snap of the error

you should be able to replace the old model with the protected model and run the simulation. In that case, you will need to provide the protected model file (the .slxp), and that can be used instead of the original system. The error message makes sense if you were trying to open the protected model, since it wouldn't allow that.
If you have report generator, you can make a read only view: https://www.mathworks.com/help/simulink/slref/protected-models-for-model-reference.html

Joel
