How to save a .m file in windows 8?

It's works to me, when you open matlab in the upper bar you will find a subdivision where say: 'enviroment', there you click on Set path and choice a folder where you have access, and it's done

Let me see if I've understood you correctly.
The subdivision Enviroment is found under Home.
"Set Path" is not for saving. If you hold your mouse over the icon, you'll see the following: "Change the search path used by MATLAB to look for files."
If you are looking to save your .m file, you can either use ctrl + s or look in the division: Editor -> File (subdivision)-> Save
