how to remove 2d fourier transform image noise

i am trying to use fft to improve photo. However, after i got my transformed image there are huge amount of noise dots(red mark), how can i remove them and improve my photo? can someone help based on my code.

Decide the cutt off frequency, apply filter and do the inverse
