Nchoosek with columns in a Dataset ?

Is it possible to do a nchoosek function with all columns in a dataset? After a Data import I have all my variables in columns and I wondered if I could do something like nchoosek(all columns of my dataset,4) and then retrieve all combinations of 4 columns of that dataset. A{1,i} = x(:,i);
end
B = nchoosek(A,4)
