Warning: Unable to play audio because no audio outputs were found.

I'm using MATLAB online for a Coursera class and I'm trying to play a simple sound. but I am receiving this warning. I've seen where others were advise to us "sound" to play a tune, but that is what I am using but no luck. I'm running MATLAB from Chrome. Please let me know what I can do to hear the output.

Prabu - when you called sound, did a popup appear asking you to give permission to Chrome to use the microphone?

I think I'm taking the same course Mark was and am having the same problem with MATLAB Online on Chrome.

See Geoff Hayes response above. Did you grant MATLAB permission to use your microphone? If not, you will get the exact error messages you have pasted in your comment.

Not sure what was happening over the weekend, but when I checked again today, it worked.
