How to measure difference at different times?

I have two arrays X1 and X2. I want to calculate this.
X1(t1)-X1(t0)=c1+d11*X1(t0)+d12*X2(t0)
Where t0 and t1 are different time. I am confused how can I measure X1 and X2 at t1 and t0 and then put them in the above equation. Please help.

@Haya Ali note in my code how I had for loops over both t0 and t1. That's how they are different. I get your formulas for every possible combination of the two.
