Two NIFTI Images Registration

Hi all.

I have two NIFTI images and I need to register them in a single one. I think that collapse_nii_scan from this toolbox http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/8797-tools-for-nifti-and-analyze-image might help, but I can't get what I was expecting.

Can anyone explain me how should I do it or show me another way?

Could you please clarify what you mean by register? I believe collapse_nii_scan creates one .NII file out of many .IMG files. That isn't so much of image registration as it is concatenation of images into one file.

I think I have the same problem. What I´m trying to find is a function as "dicomrite". I need to make a fusion of 2 different nifti images (example: T1.nii+fMRI_activation.nii) and save it as one fused nifti image.
