Vectorized function for obtaining the terms of the Fibonacci sequence using (an approximated version) of Binet's formula

This is a vectorized implementation of the Binet's formula,
where one of the terms has been discarder (the one related
to the negative power of the golden ratio).
Being the formula vectorized, it is much faster than Matlab
builtin fibonacci function. Remember, however, that it
is not 100% accurate when n gets larger.
Indeed, the double precision computations introduces errors (in particular,
the Matlab power function).
This version is more than 500x faster than Matlab builtin function 'fibonacci',
on my machine, using Matlab R2023a for Windows.
