Various quantities related to the thyristor and power system is illustrated here.
Some very basic questions like how to change the firing angle of the thyristor, how to measure the voltage waveform..etc are answered here.
Firing angle: THis is changed with the help of pulse generator. The input angle must be in the form of time i.e. not in omega*t.
