Optical Spectra of Dielectric slab using 1D Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD).
Using 1D FDTD and a Total field / Scattered field source, Transmission and Reflection spectra of Etalon slab is calculated. Perfectly absorbing boundary condition is imposed. I have referred excellent lectures from Dr. Raymond Rumph , UTEP on these topics. http://emlab.utep.edu/ee5390cem.htm
