imgIntensityProfile function

input : image, x-value, y-value (x- & y- value (or row and column of the image) are the values of pixel along image's X-Y axis)
output : (1) two (uint8) vectors (all 3 channels) corresponding to the row and column of the image that the user has passed to the function
(2) (a) shows the image (b) a subplot that shows R-G-B intensities of the row and column
