Andreas holds a diploma in Applied Mathematics with specialization in Applied Mechanics and Statistics from the National Technical University of Athens. Andreas spent his semester abroad in Prague, Czechia, where he wrote his Diploma Thesis at the Chair of Mathematical Modeling at the Charles University in Prague. Due to his passion about numerical methods in engineering, Andreas completed master studies with honors in Computational Mechanics and doctoral studies with highest distinction in Computational Engineering at the Technical University of Munich.
Andreas currently works as an Application Support Engineer at MathWorks, where his special focus is on Statistics and Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Optimization, Partial Differential Equations, Coder products, Polyspace for C/C++ Code Verification among other. On the same time, Andreas teaches as visiting lecturer at the Technical University of Munich about data-driven computational engineering.
